An intimate and peaceful oasis, the hotel has 146 rooms and 67 apartments, all designed with style and elegantly decorated.

Each room has a private furnished terrace, facing the large swimming pool or the Poltu Quatu’s mountain or the Marina dell’Orso harbour.

The suites – Executive, Royal e Presidential, all with sea view, are luxury oasis of comfort, privacy and relax. 

Classic rooms are 18 square meters wide with a private balcony overlooking onto the mountains of Poltu Quatu.

The rooms are elegantly appointed. The terracotta-tiled floors warmly welcome the guests and the interior design invites to relax in a simple but comfortable environment.

Each Classic Room is equipped with a private bathroom with a spacious marble toilet area, a bath with shower and an exclusive selection of amenities. 
Each room is available with a double bed or with twin beds.

Superior rooms are 20 square meters wide elegant rooms and are situated in the centre of the hotel Poltu Quatu. They give onto the interior of the Poltu Quatu complex, onto the swimming pool and onto the marvellous gardens, in the throbbing heart of the hotel and offer an exclusive view onto the panorama. Each Superior room is equipped with a little balcony which gives the guests a special spot to relax open air with the maximum privacy.

Each Superior room is elegantly appointed, the terracotta-tiled floors warmly welcome the guests and the cozy environment invite to relax. The interior design and the decorations, chosen one by one for each single room, offer this perfect balance between warmth and originality and between elegance and comfort.

Each Superior room is equipped with a private room with a spacious marble toilet area and a bath with shower.

The Deluxe rooms are elegant and have a spaciousness of 20 square meters which overlook the enchanting natural fiord of the Marina dell’Orso. The Deluxe rooms offer the guests the opportunity to enjoy the enchanting landscape where the mountain drifts in the crystal-clear water of the Emerald Coast.

Each Deluxe room is elegantly appointed with pastel fade fittings and decorations in harmony with the environment and the cosy atmosphere of Poltu Quatu. Each room is equipped with a private room with a large marble toilet area and a bath with shower.

Open Plan Junior Suites are 24 square meters wide with their own private terrace overlooking onto the waterfall over the pool.

The interiors of the Junior Suites, the furniture and the decorations are carefully selected and each room is equipped with its own bathroom with wide spaces, a bath with shower and furniture that follow the Suite style. 
Separate beds are available as well as a sofa bed that could accommodate an extra person.

Each Classic Suite is 50 square meters wide and overlooks the enchanting Marina dell’Orso with its fiord nestled in the emerald green sea.

The terracotta-tiled floors, the carpets and the embroidered curtains as all the decorations in the room are elegantly inspired by the tradition of the Sardinian art. The bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom with a large marble toilet area, a bath with shower.

The Classic Suite is made up of two areas, both equipped with a private bathroom with all facilities. The second area can be used as a bedroom (on request and with a supplement).
The room is equipped with a mosaic adorned private bathroom, with a large marble toilet area with soft lighting, a bath with shower.

The Classic Suite is enriched with panoramic terrace with sea view furnished with comfortable armchairs and tea tables.

The Executive Suite, unique in its kind, is 100 square meters wide, made up by a double bedroom communicating with a double room and a living room in the centre. The Executive Suite overlooks the enchanting natural fiord of Marina dell’Orso and opens on the panorama thanks to an equipped and well appointed terrace with a privileged sea view, including a private Jacuzzi which accommodates up to 4 people.

From this suite you can enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the landscape, of its colours and the warmth of the mountain which encloses Poltu Quatu and all the secrecy of n exceptional location.

The refined interior is decorated with natural material and unique decorations, in perfect harmony with the surroundings. Each area is equipped with a private bathroom – one including vertical hydro massage shower – with all facilities and marked out by pottery and decorations matching with the suite style.

The Royal Suite is 100 square meters wide, a unique suite situated on two levels in the centre of Poltu Quatu, with a sea view and two large terraces.

The Royal Suite is made up by a living area, located in the lower floor and by a night area, located on the upper one. In case of need, the living area can be connected to other two Deluxe rooms with sea view which can be booked on request and with a supplement.

In the living area located at the lower floor, you can find the dining room, the living room and a separate kitchen.
The living room is elegantly appointed: two big sofas with soft cushions dominate the wide glass windows room , whereas Asiatic decorations adorn the walls. Natural materials and light colours represent the leit motiv of the suite interior design whereas light curtains give intimacy and discretion. The suite is embellished by Asiatic art objects which give refinement value to the Royal Suite.
The separate kitchen situated at the low ground is at full disposal for the suite guests and is available round the clock for the restaurant catering service on request or for having a chef of the hotel at your disposal or for your guest for a customised kitchen service (on supplement).
On the upper floor prevail peace and quiet which conquer the guest for its two large bedrooms, both equipped with a Mediterranean styled private bathroom, each equipped with a Jacuzzi.

The two suite’s terraces conquer heart and soul of the guests, one with the view on the swimming pool situated in the heart of the Grand Hotel and the other one with the view on the Marina of Poltu Quatu, on the fiord enclosed among the pink and orange granite mountains. To enjoy at full blast this delightful environment, the terrace overlooking the swimming pool lets you relax under a comfortable accessorized gazebo whereas the terrace with the sea view lets you enjoy the whirlpool bath in a private Jacuzzi.

Luxury and prestige are the key words to depict the Presidential Suite, designed into detail for those who like going into the magic atmosphere of Poltu Quatu, surrounded by mountains and the crystal-clear waters. The Presidential Suite, unique in its style, is made up by a bedroom, a dining room and a living room, a working spot with a desk, a copying machine, scanner and fax.

The Presidential Suite can be connected to three other rooms (extra room booked separately) communicating with the wide hall but independent one from the other. One of the 3 rooms is equipped with a little terrace with a private 4 seat Jacuzzi and it is ideal for those who wish to share the presidential suite with more than 2 people. Each of the 4 rooms has an enchanting private bathroom made up by a toilet area and a bath area with shower, designed according to the colours of the presidential suite which recall the Mediterranean warmth. The main bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi bath.

The living area, about 180 sq meters wide, has a marble floor and it is enlighten by wide glass windows which overlook the private terrace on the natural fiord of Poltu Quatu and custom made designed glass window which recalls the Mediterranean warm colours and assures privacy and relax. Its interior design is in line with the room atmosphere: the places width recalls the light colours of the textile chosen for the 2 big sofas and the cushions and in this shining linearity burst the warm colours chosen for the oriental carpets and decorations. Unique art pieces decorate the walls and refined antique oriental pieces embellish the suite furniture.

In a separate room, a kitchenette is available for the guests or for the restaurant catering service of the hotel round the clock, on request and with a supplement. Furthermore, always on request with fee, this kitchenette can also be reserved with a chef of the hotel available for the suite guests round the clock.

From the living area you can go out directly onto the 250 sq. m terrace with sea view which offers white gazebos decorated with light curtains to protect oneself from the sunlight and a 8×5 m private swimming pool made up of Sardinian granite and equipped with a Jacuzzi and a deckchair. On the terrace a big table for 8 people is available and it is ideal for open air summer lunch with the enchanting sea view.

The absolute privacy for those who lodge in the presidential suite is guaranteed by another external entrance, a flight of stairs which leads you directly to the main entrance of the suite from the village square.
